This cake was easy to make, and I’m gonna write the recipe for you, although I don’t have the exact measurements. But I think it can’t go wrong.
Take 2, 3, or 4 eggs. Mix (with mixer) egg whites first with (about) 2 cups of sugar. Then add egg yokes and mix some more. Then add (about) one cup of yogurt or milk, one cup of oil (I used sunflower oil), 2 tsp of backing powder, and flour to achieve consistency of a pancake batter (maybe just a tiny bit thicker). Grease your pan and bake on medium temperature ( 180 C). When it’s almost done, add fruit. But before adding, mix fruit with some sugar and a little bit of flour. Then bake for a 10 – 15 minutes more. Done! 🙂 Yum!
